Gorsuch Performance Solutions Pole Award Rewards Super Late Model Drivers at the Wild West Shootout

Gorsuch Performance Solutions Pole Award offers Super Late Model entrants extra cash at Jan. 11-19 Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout

SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. (Nov. 21, 2019) — The drivers who start from the pole position in each Super Late Model feature contested during the Jan.11-19 Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway won’t merely hold the prime spot in pursuit of the checkered flag. They also will begin the race with some extra cash already in their pockets.

With the introduction of the Gorsuch Performance Solutions Pole Award for the Super Late Model division at the 2020 mid-winter motorsports extravaganza in the Southwest, the heat-race winner who draws the pole position for the A-main during the six nights of competition will immediately earn a $100 cash bonus.

“Our list of marketing partners for the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout continues to grow for 2020 and being able to add Gorsuch Performance Solutions means a lot to our event, Wild West Shootout event manager Ben Shelton said. “Gorsuch Performance Solutions is growing at a breakneck pace and we’re excited to have the opportunity to bring additional awareness and visibility to both the company’s name and the great products they have to offer.

A first-time supporter of the Wild West Shootout, Gorsuch Performance Solutions is a Chanhassen, Minn.-based business operated by Travis Gorsuch. GPS offers an impressive product line — including fans, quarter-panels, transmissions and brakes — that have proven popular with Dirt Late Model teams and have helped them win numerous events, crown jewel races and championships.

“I am very excited to be a part of the Wild West Shootout and to have the opportunity to give back to the sport I love, Gorsuch said. “I have been very lucky to be able to work my entire career in motorsports, and now with my own company it has really been a dream come true. We are very fortunate to have good relationships with the top car manufacturers and race teams where we develop products that help teams overcome obstacles, save money, reduce their workloads and make the cars faster.

Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout officials recently announced that online sales of single- and multi-day tickets have begun for the popular miniseries, which will pay out over $200,000 in purses over six nights of Super Late Model, Modified and X-Mod racing with tripleheaders are set for Jan. 11, 12, 15, 17, 18 and 19. FFans, can pick up their advanced tickets by visiting www.wildwestshootout.net/schedule/, and it’s worth noting that an adult, advanced six-day package gets a free one-day pit pass upgrade along with a free seat cushion.

The Super Late Model portion of the miniseries will once again boast the Keyser Quarter-Million Challenge, a lucrative program that offers a $250,000 bonus for sweeping all six features; $100,000 for winning five; $25,000 for capturing four; and $10,000 for claiming three. A driver able to pull off the feat of sweeping the races would depart Arizona with over $293,000.

Fans and competitors planning trips to FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway can also now book rooms at the Wild West Shootout’s official hotel, Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert in Gilbert, Ariz. Located approximately 20 minutes from the track, a $119 per night room rate for king or two-queen rooms is available for WWS attendees who call 1-888-591-1234 or visit www.HyattPlaceGilbert.com and use the code G-WILD by Dec. 17.
