Wild West Shootout

Keyser Manufacturing, Black Diamond and M&W Transport provide extra incentives for 2019 Wild West Shootout Super Late Model entrants

SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. — More than just purse money will once again be on the line for Super Late Model teams competing in the Jan. 5-13 Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway.

The extra incentives for the competitors in the full-bodied division start, of course, with the Keyser Quarter-Million Challenge, which for the fourth straight year offers a blockbuster $250,000 bonus to a driver who sweeps all six features thanks to the support of the Coopersville, Mich.-based Keyser Manufacturing. In addition, winning five of six features will again earn a racer an extra $100,000, capturing four races offers a $25,000 prize and, for the second time, three triumphs will provide a driver a bonus of $10,000.

Shreveport, La.-based Black Diamond Race Cars, meanwhile, has signed on as the title backer of the Wild West Shootout Super Late Model points fund with M&W Transport joining in as the presenting sponsor. The backing will allow the champion of the miniseries to receive $3,000 from a $10,000 points fund that will shared among the top 10 finishers in the standings.

Mike Marlar of Winfield, Tenn., was the 2018 Wild West Shootout Super Late Model titlist.

The 2019 Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts will pay out over $200,000 in purses over six nights of Super Late Model, Modified and X-Mod racing. Action begins on Sat., Jan. 5, and continues with events on Jan. 6, 9, 11, 12 and 13.

More information on the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout can be found at www.wildwestshootout.net or by calling the Wild West Shootout office at 520-664-2074.

The Wild West Shootout is made possible by Keyser Manufacturing, O’Reilly Auto Parts, FK Rod Ends, Black Diamond Race Cars, M&W Transport, Mesilla Valley Transportation, Border Tire, Sport Truck RV, Arizona Differential, RHR RacingSwag, Barnett Harley Davidson, Hoker Trucking, Total Seal Piston Rings, Shaw Trucking, San Tan Ford, Toste Construction, Swift Springs, Pro Power Engines, Five Star Graphix, Beaver Stripes, VP Racing Fuel, Penske Racing Shocks, Hoosier Tires and AAA Cab.
