Q: Where is the event being held in 2022?
A: The Wild West Shootout will be held for the first time ever at the state-of-the-art Vado Speedway Park in Vado, New Mexico.

Q: What is the track’s physical address?
A: 15900 Stern Dr, Vado, NM 88072

Q: What are the 2022 event dates?
A: Complete shows for Super Late Models, Modifieds and X-Mods are scheduled for January 8, 9, 12, 14, 15 and 16, 2022. Open practices are scheduled for January 7 and January 11.

Q: Is the announcer’s broadcast available on an FM Station?
A: Yes. You may listen at FM89.1

Q: How much is admission?
A: Daily grandstand admission is $25 for adults, $10 for children (ages 6-12) and free for kids (ages 5-and-under). Pit admission is $40 per day.

Q: Is all grandstand seating general admission?
A: All grandstand seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-serve basis

Q: What divisions are part of the program?
A: Super Late Models, Modifieds, and X-Mods compete in a full program each day.

Q: How much is the car entry fee?
A: Super Late Models ($100), Modifieds ($50), X-Mods ($25)

Q: Is the event broadcast or streamed anywhere?
A: Yes. Every lap of every division of every race is streamed live at FloRacing.com

Q: What time do the races start?
A: The start time varies by the date. Visiting the Schedule page will allow you to see detailed schedules for each day.

Q: Is food and beverages available for purchase at the race track?
A: Yes. A track concession stand is open with a wide array of tasty eats and drinks.

Q: Are you allowed to bring coolers and/or outside food and beverages into the track?
A: Coolers and outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the premises.

Q: Can you camp at the track?
A: Yes, there is ample, free camping onsite. Dozens of fans and teams from across North America camp at the track each year to enjoy the great racing and amazing weather. Please note that there are no camping hookups at the track.
